Health City Cayman Islands

About the project

HCCI is a state of the art facility utilizing the newest technologies and techniques in hospital construction. Designed & built in a 12 month period, using an efficient ICF construction method and with innovation in both design and construction throughout, from structure, to services, to layout.

The facility was designed to have a low environment foot print, with near-total grey water capture and re-use, onsite incineration, multiple redundant oxygen generation and use of pre-configured components to minimise construction time and thus carbon foot print.
